Should your order arrive less than perfect due to transport, please contact customer service within three (3) days of receipt by emailing square@squareenterprises.com and sharing photo(s) of the damaged item(s). Our customer service specialist will request proof of damage upon receipt of delivery.

Orders are shipped from our NJ warehouse Monday - Friday. All products are packaged carefully and securely by our dedicated staff. Order processing time is approximately 2-3 business days.
